　　2020年12月18日，美国Tela Innovations，Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定集成电路及其下游产品（Integrated Circuits and Products Containing the Same）侵犯了其专利权。
